This is a luxury villa located in the center of Positano at 500 meters from the beach.
This is one of the few villas in the Amalfi Coast that you can access from the street without have to climb many stairs (from the garage there is the private elevator that leads to the different floors of the villa).

THE SWIMMING POOL has a rectangular shape 6, 20 x 4, 00 meters large, from 0.30 to 1.60 meters deep.
The Jacuzzi area of the pool has six seats with jets.
The swimming pool is open from April to the beginning of November.

THE LARGE TARRACE around the swimming pool has about 200 square meters and it is equipped with a big table and chairs for 12, benches, sun chairs and umbrellas.
From the terrace, you will have a stunning view of the sea and of Positano.

On the ground floor, you will find the private garage (for 6 small size cars or 4 medium/large size cars).
The elevator will bring you from the garage to the different floors of the villa.

You will reach the bedroom from the living room.

FIRST BATHROOM has the shower, the WC, the bidet and the sink.
SECOND BATHROOM has the hydro-massage shower, the WC, the bidet and the sink.
THIRD BATHROOM has the hydro-massage shower, the WC, the bidet and the sink.
FOURTH BATHROOM has the shower, the WC, the bidet and the sink.

SECOND FLOOR
THE KITCHEN is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, the coffee machine, the kettle, the toaster.
You will reach the kitchen from the dining room.

DINING ROOM is large and bright. The furnishings include a sofa, table and chairs. From the living room, you will access the main terrace with swimming pool.
